The Millrose Trials   
     
   


The Millrose Trials will be held on Wed. January 9th, 2008 at the Armory Track & Field Center. The PSAL Girls 4 X 400m relay will begin at approximately 4:40PM after the CHSAA Girls trial.

The PSAL Boys 4 X 400m relay will follow the PSAL Girls and will start at approximately 5:20PM.

A completed relay card MUST be handed in to the PSAL table (Not the clerking area) at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the first heat. An accurate 2007-2008 seed time must be included on the card.

The PSAL will also be sponsoring an open Weight Throw competition. The girls will throw first at 5PM followed by the boys. The athletes will be given three throws with no final. Medals will be awarded to the top 5 throwers.
