Please use the Excel Roster forms listed below to submit your rosters for the 2013 Cross Country Season, all preliminary rosters need to be e-mailed, before September 9th, to Bob Beer at beercoach@aol.com.  Numbers will be available at the first meet on September 16 and 17.Please be sure each athlete has 4 pins for their number and 1 for their tag. Additions to rosters will be due no later than Sunday noon of each week, in order to have time to prepare the numbers for the next meet.  More information will follow.
