Dear Coaches,

Due to the storm we have had to make some changes to our 2 remaining Conference Championships as well as our Conf. 2 and 5 make up meet. The changes are as follows:

Girls Conferences 4 & 6 will now be held on Sunday, January 26^th 8 – 12 (Doors open at 7:30am)

Boys Conferences 4 & 6 will now be held on Sunday, January 26^th 2 - 6 (Doors open at 1:30. BUS NOT PERMITTED ON PROPERTY UNTIL 1:20. PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS!!!)

Conferences 2 & 5 Make up meet will now be held on Thursday, January 30^th from 6:30 – 10:30 (Doors open 6)

This will also affect our County meet preparations. All entries (including Conferences 2 and 5) are still due on the deadlines set forth in the packet you received at conferences. Conferences 2 and 5 will be permitted to enter updates on ENTERED ATHLETES ONLY following their meet on Jan. 30^th. The deadline for these updates is Friday, January 31^st by noon. Conferences 4 and 6 will receive an e-mailed copy of the packet and can begin the entry process as well.

ALL entries will now be posted on Friday, January 31^st by 6pm. Any challenges and scratches must be made Saturday, February 1^st by 10pm. The FINAL entered fields will be posted on Sunday, February 2^nd at 6pm.

We realize these changes delay posting of fields by a few days but it is the most fair thing to do for all involved. We can never predict the weather and this has certainly been a tough winter. As a reminder, we have made a motion to the NYSPHSAA to reduce our minimum meets from 6 to 4. This motion will be reviewed at the Jan. 31^st state meeting. We do not anticipate any problems with this.
